Where do you ship from?

We have multiple fulfilment centers based across the United States and Europe, your order will be dispatched from your nearest fulfilment center. This way we can guarantee the shortest delivery time possible and reduce our carbon footprint at the same time. How cool is that?

How long will it take to receive my order? 
We know there is no better feeling than waking up and finding at your doorstep this very special package you have been waiting for!

Please note that each product is embroidered/printed-on-demand, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be completed.

Do I get a tracking number for my order?
Of course you do! Each order comes with a tracking number so you can know at any time where your parcel is.

We are a Swiss brand operating since 2020! 
  
Can I return a product?
As each order is embroidered/printed-on-demand, we do not offer return/exchange at the moment. This policy also combines with our will to limit as much as possible our carbon footprint.
In the unfortunate case you receive a damaged item or an item different from you order please contact us and we'll send you a new one within lightning speed!
I made a mistake in the shipping address, what can I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping address no worries! Simply contact us and we will make the change. However, if your order has already been dispatched by the time you submit your request, we will not be able to make the change.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will cancel it.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam! Even though we have a super cool email address name, sometimes it might end up there.

The product I want is not available anymore, are you going to restock it?
Most of our products are permanent collections and will be restocked (excepted for some limited editions). Simply subscribe to our newsletter to be informed about our latest products released!

What size are your clothes?
All our apparel are unisex! You can find a size guide on each product page.

I saw a product on your instagram account that I can't find on your website!
Don't hesitate to ask us! We like to change time to time our collections to keep it fresh. If there is something you really like let us know and we will see what we can do :-)
